TERMS OF SERVICE

-payment is to be sorted out up front in full, and as confirmation, a sketch will be sent to the client shortly after (normally no more than 3-5 days, depending on outside factors). you will be updated if there are any further delays.-the timeframe for commissions under normal conditions is 7 days to about a month. that being said, commissions are not always completed in order of queue and there are possibilities of delay for any number of reasons.-updates will be given as often as possible, but in the event they are not, you may:
1) ask for updates
2) request a refund, if a significant amount of time has passed and commission is not yet completed. (min. 90 days)-you may be asked for additional compensation for major changes to a commission that is near its completion, or any major change that would require a significant amount of work to complete-you are not to alter, remove, or otherwise tamper with the signature on the commission, whether for aesthetic reasons or to claim as your own, including adding credit in a caption or social media post after doing so.
1) if a watermark is for whatever reason not removed at the time of exchange, you may request to have it removed. this request will not under any circumstances be denied-i, as the artist, have full discretion over what i will or will not draw, who i will or will not draw for, and which requests in my queue will be prioritized first. i may cancel, refund, or refuse any commission for any reason i deem fit, such as:
1) inability to articulate commission request (such as mechs, firearms, cars, etc)
2) unwillingness to complete commission due to subject (such as intense gore, proship, intense nsfw, etc)
3) unwillingness to complete commission due to the client (such as the client being a minor requesting a commission that is not age appropriate, client being hostile, or client holding beliefs that i feel conflict with my own and cannot be easily overlooked)
4) COMMISSION STATUS BEING CLOSED (DUH)
